Most Times when we are stressed,overworking, having health problems, experiencing lack of sleep or getting insufficient sleep, the skin on your body might not really say it all, but the facial skin will. 

Below are some easy, less time and resource consuming, do it yourself facial mask that might help pamper the face,and help the muscles to relax.

                  Turmeric mask ; 


  • 1tsp powdered turmeric
  • 1tbsp avocado
  • 1tsp greek yogurt


  • Mash avocado till you get a smooth paste (pulp)
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Stir thoroughly
  • Apply mask on face 
  • Leave on for 5 mins
  • Wash off, and dry

                Lemon mask 

This mask helps to revive dull/dry skin, and removes acne marks.


  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp  fresh milk 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice(freshly squeezed).


    • Whisk egg white till it foams
    • Mix all ingredient together
    • Apply on the face carefully
    • Leave on for 15 mins
    • Remove mask with warm compress
    • Rinse face with water.

                   Potatoe Mask

    Helps to diminish spots caused by sun tanning.

    Ingredients :

    • 1 potatoe
    • 1/2 lemon


    • Blend the potatoe till its smooth
    • Gently squeeze the lemon and mix
    • Apply mixture with gentle circular motion
    • Leave on for 20 mins
    • Wash off and dry.

                      Cucumber mask

    Removes blemishes,open up facial pores, and reduces eye puffiness.


    • 1 cucumber
    • Water
    • Chicken egg white


    • Whisk white egg till it foams
    • Grate the cucumber
    • Mix ingredients together till it forms a paste
    • Apply mix on the face
    • Leave on for 15 mins
    • Wash off.
