According to reports, uber is now charging a flat fee of $15 to return missing item to customers. For years uber drivers have been complaining about the aggravation they go through in returning lost items to customers, in addition to lack of compensation they recieve for going out of their way.
The fee is a part of uber’s new initiative to increase driver retention in an effort to keep them from switching from one uber to another competitor.
