Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has revealed a fresh policy as regards the issue of monthly payment of house rent by tenants in Lagos State.
Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu made the new policy known at the just concluded Lagos state Real Estate market place and exhibition .
In his statement, he urged landlords not to perceive the negative aspect [ reduce expected revenue as property owners] of the new policy, but pleaded with them to see it as a way of helping out tenants by putting off the pressure of yearly payment of rent .
