The US states Department has come out to say that the Islamic states in west Africa Province ( ISWAP ) will not be receiving the $7million placed as bounty on the boko haram sect leader Abubakar Shekau.
This is coming up, following another report that Shekau died ( blew himself up ) during gun duet with Members of ISWAP .
The US states Department in a tweet they shared yesterday 20th May said the bounty won’t be given to ISWAP, as it is not meant for a group under ISIS .
