The Officials of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company in Ogbumnabali in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, were locked out of their offices over unpaid rent.
From the funny scenerio which played out yesterday May 20, the officials were forced to work from a vehicle ( as shown below ) after the landlord of the building where their office is located, locked them out over unpaid rent.
