A UNIBEN final year student named “Desmond Rukevwe ” a kegite chief who is popularly referred to as Mayor in the student community has been killed in a planned assassination
According to an eye witness account, the deceased was fatally shot in the face in his room in the well known hostel “hall 3” while it was raining. Other students who heard of his death , also claimed to have heard loud sound thrice, but thought it was thunderstorm.
