EFCC – The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission yesterday morning through its Facebook page, educated Nigerians on the ideal way to write a correct petition to the commission.
According to the post, every written petition should be addressed to the chairman of the antigraft agency. The petition must also contain the name, signature and address of the petitioner and additionally the title of the petition.
Furthermore, the petition must have an introductory paragraph, and the body of the complain must have facts, documents and credible sources of data.
