Arsenal FC no longer amongst the top 6 club in England Manchester United legend, Gary Neville has revealed. Gary who pointed out that although arsenal grabbed three European Premier League titles in a space of 7 years at the turn of the century, they have not come out top since 2004, excluding Arsene Wenger’s tenure of unbeaten run.
