CBN plateau state branch was reportedly gutted by fire and this has sparked off controversial statements and side talks.
The fresh fire incident has once again served as an addition to the number of unforseen fire incidents rocking key government offices in Nigeria in recent times.
According to reports, the fire outbreak at the financial power house plateau is happening weeks after fire broke out on the 8th of April at the Treasury House [ a building with the office of the Accountant General of the Federation ] . This occurred barely one week after the Cooperate Affairs Commission building went up in flames and afterwards the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission [ INEC ] days later.
In line with the above sequence of fire outbreaks, suspicions have aroused amongst netizens as they have perceived the rising cases of fire incident in key offices in the country as a means of destroying Classified evidence as regards Finance [ money ].
The netizens believe the fire outbreaks is master minded to help erase computer files and traceable records of their loots, since the targeted places are the Government financial houses and Treasuries.
