APPLICATION
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for appointment into Anambra State Civil Service in the underlisted position
- Medical Officer
- Nursing Officer
- Medical Laboratory Technician.
COLLECTION OF FORM
Eligible Candidates of Anambra State Origin are expected to collect application forms free of charge from the Anambra State Civil Service Commission Awka.
SUBMISSION OF FORM
The forms should be completed, signed and returned to the commission on or before Friday, 3rd June 2022 with photocopies of relevant credentials, NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate (Where Applicable) and evidence of Local Government and Town of Origin.
Completed application form should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly stating applicant’s name and post applied.
