Asiwaju Bola Tinubu political veteran has won the APC Presidential Party Ticket for the 2023 Elections after defeating 14 aspirant in a landslide victory.

During the primaries, Governors Kayode Fayemi [Ekiti state], Abubakar Badaru of [Jigawa state] , Ibikunle Amosun [ former Governor Ogun State] , Dimeji Bankole [former Speaker of the House of Representatives] Senator Robert Boroffice [ Ondo North District 9th Assembly] Female aspirant Uju Ken-Ohanenye, and Godswill Akpabio [ ex- governor and minister of Niger Delta Affair ] voluntarily withdrew from the race and declared their unflinching support for Tinubu.
With this new standing, Tinubu will battle it out with Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of PDP in the 2023 Presidential election scheduled to hold on February 25, 2023.
Meanwhile the Governorship and state assembly elections is slated to hold on March 11, 2023.
