Catholic Diocese of Auchi has Confirmed abducted priest Reverend Father Christopher Odia Dead.
Rev. Fr. Christopher Odia before his death was the priest in charge of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Ikabigbo community, Etsako West Local Government of Edo State.
He was abducted in the early hours of yesterday June 26, while preparing for Morning Mass. Armed men were said to have stormed his residence and whisked him away to an unknown destination.
After a long search and follow-up, the Catholic diocese of Auchi yesterday evening confirmed the lifeless body of the abducted priest has been found.
