Anita Okoye the now ex-wife of singer Paul Okoye has been scolded by comedian Mc Warriboy for choosing to divorce her husband due to his alleged extra-marital affair with their housemaid.
Few Days ago Anita Okoye dragged Paul to court over his alleged infidelity involving their house maid Florence. From the court documents which surfaced online, the singer was said to have been inviting their housemaid to hotels to carry out their illicit affairs.
The court documents also stated that Paul threw Anita and her sister out of the house when they discovered his illegal affair with their housemaid. An actions he boasted was to ensure that Anita’s wings were clipped and that she had no one else to seek help from.
Contained in the document were also shocking allegations that Paul Okoye hasn’t been interested in his kids’ welfare [ upbringing ] has hardly participated in imbibing discipline into his children. It was also cited that he had gone back on his promise to Anita and had failed to give her brand, TannkCo a business space in the mall which they both built.
All of the above mentioned and more led to Anita Okoye’s decision to file for divorce.
Reacting to the sad divorce news, Comedian, Warriboy whose real names are Levite Solomon scolded Paul Okoye’s now ex wife, Anita Okoye for going ahead to divorcing him.
The comedian queried why she would separate from her husband because he cheated on her, while questioning the problem the Marriages in Nigeria.
Condenming Anita’s action, he stated that she should have prior and proper knowledge of her husbands personalty, and behaviour, and also know that marriage is for better for worse.
He added that Anita is supposed to have prayed for her man rather than calling it quit with him because men are philanderer.
“WETIN DEY HAPPEN TO NIGERIA MARRIAGE. NA TODAY PAUL OKOYE DEY CHEAT? U DIVORCED HIM BECAUSE HE CHEAT, MEN NI BE HUMAN BEING? ANITA U SUPPOSED DON KNOW SEY MARRIAGE NA FOR BETTER FOR WORSE. U SUPPOSE DON KNOW YOUR HUSBAND. BECAUSE HE CHEAT ON YOU, YOU WAN GO DIVORCE. U SUPPOSE DEY PRAY FOR YOUR HUSBAND. ANITA OUTSIDE NO GOOD. SHE SUPPOSED THEY PRAY FOR HER HUSBAND”.
The couple have been separated for over a year now with Anita Okoye relocating abroad with her kids.
