UEFA Champions League Group stage Fixtures for 2022-23 Released.

UEFA Champions League group stage fixtures for the 2022-2023 was officially released yesterday with current champions Real Madrid drawn in Group F alongside Shakhtar Donetsk, Celtic, and RB Leipzig.

Barcelona , Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Viktoria Plzen all meshed up in the toughest Group C .
 



While Lionel Messi’s PSG ( Paris Saint-Germain ) is comfortably  paired with Juventus, Benfica, and minnows Maccabi Haifa in  Group H. 

 



The draw for the 2022/23 UEFA Champions League took place in Istanbul, Turkey.

●Group B: FC Porto, Atletico Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, Club Brugge

Meanwhile, Premier League has reportedly generated an overwhelming sum of €3.5B in broadcasting revenue in this 2021/22 season, which is more than the revenue generated by La Liga and Bundesliga combined, thus making it the most lucrative league globally.


“In 2021/2022, the English Premiere league sold its global broadcast rights for €3.5B and this has showed how popular the EPL is worldwide.



The top 10 clubs globally by total income ( operating revenue ) in the 2020/21 season include five of the EPL’s big six clubs are as follows;

  • Manchester City  €644 million
  • Manchester united €557M,
  • Liverpool €550M,
  • Chelsea €465
  • Tottenham €407M.
