The United States President Elect, Donald Trump, has lauded his devoted backer and technology mogul Elon Musk, asserting that the tech innovator needs to be safeguarded.
On Wednesday, November 6, Trump informed his supporters that Musk’s Starlink satellite system was instrumental in preserving ‘a multitude of lives’ during Hurricane Helene, which hit the southeastern region of the United States in October.
‘I told Elon they need it desperately in North Carolina. Can you make it happen? He got it there so quickly, it was astonishing. It saved many lives. They preserved many lives,’ he remarked.
He continued, ‘He’s a personality, he’s a unique individual, he’s a remarkable intellect. We must defend our brilliant minds; we don’t have that many left.’
Musk has been an ardent supporter of Trump’s initiative, generously contributing one million dollars to individuals who register to vote for the Republican Party.
