Nigerian film star, IK Ogbonna, has issued a cautionary note regarding smartphone usage.
He cautioned that excessive use of mobile devices is severing bonds in relationships.
In a post shared on Instagram, the actor remarked that many have become accustomed to being physically present yet emotionally ‘absent’ in relationships, during gatherings and hangouts.
He emphasized that when an individual picks up their phone, they disconnect from their current surroundings. He indicated that this behavior is contributing to the ‘demise’ of numerous friendships and relationships.
