A male escort who referred to himself as “The Punisher” provided testimony that he was among Cassie Ventura ’s partners in her “freak-off” activities.
The exotic dancer known as The Punisher, whose real name is Sharay Hayes, shared his account during Combs’ sex trafficking trial on Tuesday, May 20.
Hayes indicated that Cassie found pleasure in their numerous “freak-off” interactions – contradicting her claims of being drugged and coerced into participation.
He informed the jury that Cassie first booked him in 2012 for their “freak-offs.”
Hayes detailed that he was instructed to meet Cassie at Trump Tower located on Central Park West in New York City. He assumed his role was to entertain a group of women. However, Cassie answered the door dressed in a bathrobe and a wig, handing him $800 in cash as he arrived.
Cassie explained that their “sensual scene” would include the two of them covering each other in baby oil.
Hayes mentioned that Cassie informed him her “husband” would be present – but only to observe their intimate moments.
He claimed he had no prior knowledge of who Cassie or Sean Combs were at that time. “I was specifically instructed not to acknowledge her husband,” Hayes noted.
Hayes testified that Combs entered the room in the nude, wearing just a veil over his face, and was seen pleasuring himself in the corner.
After around half an hour, Cassie and Combs exited the room. Cassie subsequently returned and asked Hayes if he wanted to “finish,” which he declined.
She provided him with an additional $1,200, and he left the hotel.
Hayes reported that Cassie continued to book him for further freak-off sessions, but he experienced erectile dysfunction whenever Combs was present.
Despite trying erectile dysfunction medications like Cialis, Viagra, and even an over-the-counter pill, nothing was effective.
Hayes realized he had erectile dysfunction during the moments Combs directed the freak-off sessions with Cassie.
“Personally, engaging in a sexual scenario with a woman’s partner actively involved was not standard for me, so it led to some discomfort that impacted my performance,” Hayes testified.
After struggling to maintain an erection, he was not called for any more freak-off sessions with Cassie.
In her testimony the prior week, Cassie acknowledged that she had recruited numerous male escorts for her pleasure. She claimed that Combs never engaged in the acts himself, but rather observed while gratifying himself.
