What Rappers and IG Models Should Know About RICO Laws Now

The ruling in Sean Combs’ RICO trial established a novel standard for prostitution and related sexual services. Combs was convicted on two counts of transporting his own girlfriends for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.

The jury did not find Combs guilty of ferrying male escorts for the same illicit activities – only his former girlfriends, Cassie Ventura and Jane Doe.

This verdict has created apprehension among the elite group of men who hire Instagram models and OnlyFans girls, moving them across state lines for sex services in exchange for financial compensation and gifts.

Luther Campbell, known as Uncle Luke, has issued alerts to “simps” that the rules have shifted.

In a livestream broadcast, Uncle Luke, 64, stated, “To all you simps who enjoy flying girls in – paying them for some fun, it’s now considered a federal offense.”

Uncle Luke also spoke to the women being flown in. “For all you ladies who enjoy being brought in for some fun for that handbag or those designer shoes, it’s a federal crime.”

Uncle Luke is a founding member of the 1980s rap group 2 Live Crew from Miami, Florida. The 2 Live Crew became notorious for their explicit lyrics and ruled Southern radio with hits like “Me So Horny” from their 1989 album, As Nasty as They Wanna Be.
