The pharmaceutical giant has been sued by a woman named Eva Echeverria who said she developed ovarian cancer after using the company’s talc based product for feminine hygiene.
According to Eva, she used the product on a daily basis from 1950’s, and in 2007 she was diagnosed of ovarian cancer.
Eva’s Lawyer Mark Robinson said his client who is undergoing cancer treatment said she “hoped the verdict would lead Johnson &Johnson to put an additional warning on its Products “.
