Asisat Oshoala Super Falcons of Nigeria striker, has made the 20-man shortlist for the 2022 Women’s Ballon d’Or award.
The versatile Nigerian Striker was last month, crowned the 2022 CAF Women’s Player of the Year making it the 5th time the 27-year-old was taking home the prize, giving gaps to compatriot Perpetua Nkwocha.
As for the Ballon d’Or prize, she will battle it out with formidable players like Sam Kerr, Vivianne Miedema, Beth Mead and Alex Morgan.
