The Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) University of Benin have announced that they will embark on an indefinite strike starting from September 4. The proposed strike comes after a breakdown of negotiation with the federal government over the demand that resident doctors should be included in the – INTEGRATED PERSONNEL PAYROLL INFORMATION SYSTEM (IPPIS).
