Bill Cosby Guilty of Sexually abusing Judy Huth at the playboy Mansion in 1975 – Civil Jury

Bill Cosby has been found Guilty of Sexually abusing Judy Huth at the playboy Mansion when she was a teen in 1975 a civil jury has ruled after a 2 weeks hectic trial.



The civil jury’s final verdict which was read in a Santa Monica, California, court room on Tuesday after the jury began deliberation on Thursday.

Narrating how the Sexual abuse happened,

Judy Huth, 64, alleged that Cosby molested her in one of the bedrooms at the Hugh Hefner’s Holmby Hills estate popularly known as the Playboy Mansion when she was 16 years old. And in 2014 she filed a civil lawsuit seeking damages for every emotional distress she went through.


In the civil lawsuit filed, Judy reportedly stated that she met the comedian in 1975 when she and a friend who was one year older [17-year-old] were watching a movie being filmed in a San Marino park in Los Angeles. She says Cosby approached them and asked for them to come sit with him.

The Following weeks Saturday, Bill allegedly invited the girls again to meet him at his tennis club where he was said to have •served them alcoholic beverages• while they all played billiards. Judy disclosed that she was required to drink a beer every time Cosby won a game.


After serving them several alcoholic beverages, Bill told the girls he had a •surprise• for them by leading them into the Playboy Mansion, and then allegedly told the girls to say they were 19 if anyone enquired.

Judy added she told Bill she needed to use the lavatory he directed her to a bathroom in a bedroom suite, according to the civil lawsuit. When she finally came out from the bathroom, she found Bill sitting on the bed. He then asked and motioned for her to sit down and thus proceeded to sexually molest her without her consent, the lawsuit alleged.

Judy following the verdict in her favour was awarded $500,000 in damages, and though Bill’s legal team was in attendance on Tuesday to hear the court ruling, the former actor was absent.
