The Green Chamber on Tuesday during an executive session that lasted for Four hours , has pleaded and advised president Buhari to declare a state of emergency over the Insecurity issues in the country.
The law makers also passed a resolution to invite Mohammed Monguno, National security advisers, service chiefs and paramilitary chiefs to appear before them , so as to speak on ,and analyse the recent security situation of the country.
