Dubai Princess Sheikha Mahra has announced her ”separation” from her better half through Instagram.
On Wednesday, July 17 , Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum — the daughter of the current ruler of Dubai — shared a post on her verified Instagram account that said:
“Dear Spouse, As you are busy with different colleagues, I thus proclaim our separation.”
The post comes simply a year after she supposedly sealed the deal with her now ex-husband Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum
“I separate from you, I separate from you, and I separate from you,” Sheikha Mahra, 30, added, apparently referring to the Islamic practice known as triple talaq, which permits spouses to separate from their wives by saying “I separate from you” multiple times.“Fare thee well. Sheikha Mahra is the daughter of Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, 75, who is additionally VP and head of the state of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
