The eNaira speed wallet application has been taken down from Google play store due to violation of functionality and other policies.
The eNaira speed wallet since its emergence has allegedly been receiving negative reviews from Nigerians who tried signing up for an account.
In Reaction to claims of the apps being taken down from Google play store due to violation of policies such as functionality, CBN spokesperson Osita Nwanisobi, revealed that the removal was to enable the apex bank upgrade the functionalities of the application.
The specified mobile application for merchants which is called ‘eNaira Speed Merchant Wallet’, is still on Google play store and fully available for download. The app has over 10,000 downloads .
