I am a Victim on Multiple Levels with Diddy – Kirk Burrowes

Kirk Burrowes, a key person in the early growth of Bad Boy Entertainment, is sharing his story in the Netflix series Sean Combs: The Reckoning. He says he was also a victim of assault by Sean ” Diddy ” Combs. His comments are in the fourth episode, called “Blink Again.

“Burrowes says he was treated in a way that he describes as both professionally and sexually abusive. He says, “I’m also a victim on multiple levels with Sean Diddy Combs.”He helped start Bad Boy with Diddy in 1993 and explains in the series that the issues he faced went beyond normal workplace problems. “Not only was he abusive to me from an employer-employee standpoint. He was also abusive to me in other ways,” he says. When asked off camera what he means, Burrowes responds, “Sexually deviant ways.

He also says he didn’t want to be involved in what he claims happened. “I did not want to do it. I didn’t want to be around him and take care of him as he is SA-ing me and others. Burrowes also talks about what happened after their business split. He says he once owned 25% of Bad Boy and worked a lot during the label’s early days. After he was fired, he tried to get back the value of his shares through legal action.

The episode includes old footage that shows earlier claims that Diddy took away millions from him and even ordered violent acts, including an unproven accusation that Diddy was involved in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur. No evidence has ever connected Diddy to that crime.Burrowes says he was let go at the time. “It was eventually labeled RICO and racketeering. I was the first to call it. But I was looked on as that has to be a lie.” His lawsuit was later dismissed because the court said the claims were too old to pursue. Other lawsuits also didn’t work. He filed a new lawsuit back in February of this year.
