JAMB Delists 23 CBT Centres Across 12 States After 2026 Mock UTME Issues (Full List)

JAMB has delisted 23 CBT centres across Nigeria after technical failures during the 2026 mock UTME. See the full list of affected states and centres.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially removed 23 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres from its approved list following technical problems recorded during the 2026 mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The decision affects centres across 11 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), raising concerns about compliance with JAMB’s operational standards ahead of the main examination.

Why JAMB Took This Action

JAMB explained that the affected centres failed to meet the required technical and operational standards during an internal assessment of the mock UTME.

The board emphasized that only centres that strictly comply with its guidelines will be accredited for the main UTME, ensuring a smooth and credible examination process nationwide.
