The web is abuzz with a speculation that has been circulating since last year. The buzz suggests that actress Jennifer Aniston is involved with former President Barack Obama.
The chatter intensified this week when Obama, 63, showed up solo to Jimmy Carter’s memorial service, without his wife Michelle, 61. He also attended President Trump’s inauguration ceremony alone.
Speculation arose that Michelle and Barack Obama might be on the brink of a divorce.
Reports suggest that Aniston, 55, is allegedly the cause of the Obamas’ potential split.
The “Friends” star addressed the speculation during her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on October 2, 2024. She chuckled at the claims and insisted she is closer friends with Michelle than with Barack.
“It is a falsehood. There is no veracity — I met him once; I know Michelle far better than him,” she stated.
Kimmel inquired if there was anything beyond friendship between her and Michelle, which the actress also dismissed with laughter.
However, Meghan McCain informed journalist Tara Palmieri that she heard the whispers about Aniston and Obama from “credible sources” and “notable journalists.” Palmieri concurred, noting that she had also heard the former First Couple have been “leading separate lives.”
It appears Michelle Obama isn’t making an effort to maintain the facade with her husband. She has hinted that she is weary of pretending.
If she proceeds to file for divorce, the announcement will likely be forthcoming very soon.
The Obamas have been united in marriage for 32 years. They are the parents of two daughters, Malia and Sasha.
