Kodak Black who was recently released from prison couple of days back — is already making headlines after he allegedly deleted a tweet where he pledged to donate $1,000,000 to charity.
“If the president them free me, I’m gonna spend 1 million on charity within the first year I’m out,” he tweeted in November. “That’s on everything.”
The tweet (below) has since been deleted.
Kodak became a free man after former president Donald Trump commuted his sentence.
The White House statement reads that Kodak has “committed to supporting a variety of charitable efforts, such as –
Providing educational resources to students and families of fallen law enforcement officers and the underprivileged,” the statement said. “In addition to these efforts, he has paid for the notebooks of school children, provided funding and supplies to daycare centers, provided food for the hungry, and annually provides for underprivileged children during Christmas.”
Trump’s clemency does not apply to Kodak’s first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges from accusations connected to a 2016 incident in South Carolina, where he is accused of raping a woman.
Kodak is still potentially looking at 30 years behind bars if found guilty….πͺπͺ
