Kubwa General Hospital Exposes ex-minister of Aviation Femi Fani – Kayode

Kubwa General Hospital Abuja has exposed one of the numerous lies of Nigerian ex-minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode bluebloodz.com has learned.

According to Bassey Amah, who is currently the chief custodian of medical records and responsible for collection of vital information from all patients at the hospital. in a statement on Wednesday, revealed that the ex-minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, does not have any medical record with the facility. The statement was made in court, and tangible evidence presented before Olubunmi Abike-Fadipe, a judge at the Ikeja Special Offence Court, in the ongoing alleged medical report forgery case of the ex-minister.

The counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Rotimi Oyedepo, While being led in evidence as the first prosecution witness said, “Mr Femi Fani-Kayode does not have a record with Kubwa General Hospital”, with a confirmation from Mr Amah.


According to their findings, on October 3rd, 2021, Kubwa General Hospital received a letter from the EFCC to investigate the authenticity of a medical report on Mr Fani-Kayode. The witness said upon receiving the official letter which was dated October 3, 2021, from the EFCC to investigate the defendant, a response was sent on October 13, 2021, to the commission by the hospital management.

The EFCC lawyer, further questioning the head of medical record department was told that –“The name Femi Fani-Kayode is not even found there…the number is not our hospital unit number.”

He also added that the name Tochukwu Eze is anonymous in the hospital where he works as a Chief of Medical Record. Further hearing in the matter takes place today on February 25.
Meanwhile, the EFCC has already arraigned the former minister on a 12-count charge of forging a medical report in a bid to escape trial.
