LAPD warns Residents and Tourists against Public Display of Expensive Accessories.

LAPD ‘ Los Angeles Police Department has issued stern warnings to residents and tourists to stop public display of expensive accessories as violent crime surge.

The Police department has launched a search for certain suspects involved in separate robberies in the Melrose District of the state.

The suspected masked men attempted to steal Rolex watches from two different individuals.

Following this manhunt reportage , the police thud issued an alert warning people to be aware of their surroundings and stop wearing expensive diamond , gold or silver Rolex watches and jewelries in open space such as restaurants and bars.

The community Notification alert added that Watches should be left at home since everyone carries time displaying cell phones. While expensive designer handbags, and jewelry should be worn to private events and parties, not to run errands, to avoid making themselves easy target for broke criminals.



The Los Angeles Police Department also issued same kind of warnings when robbers escorted on unattentive shoppers home from retail stores and supermarkets. And on April 10, the Police arrested a thug who shot a man wearing a Rolex watch as he walking in an alley near his store.

The thug Jamario Kevin Ray, 22, was arrested a few days later and has been charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm. His next court hearing is scheduled on Wednesday
