The Ministry of Education in Edo State has declared an endless delay of the resumption of all schools in the state because of the new expansion in fuel costs.
This was uncovered in a notice obtained by bluebloodz.com as issued by the permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Ojo Akin Alonge, on Saturday, September 7.
“The Edo State Government thus declares that the resumption of all public and private schools in Edo State, at first planned for Monday, September 9, 2024, has been delayed until additional notification
This choice has been made in light of the rising pressure and difficulties coming about because of the new fuel cost increment,” the notice peruses.
