Nysc 2025 : Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course Begins.

NYSC 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course has kicked off across the nation on Wednesday September 24, 2025, at all designated orientation camps.

In a notice shared on its official Facebook page on Monday,  the organization stated that registration will be open until  midnight on Friday, September 26, with the swearing-in ceremony also set for that day.

Additionally, the 3week program will conclude with a closing ceremony on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

However, the NYSC specified that the orientation course in Kwara State will commence later, starting on Tuesday,  September 30, and wrapping up on Monday, October 20,  2025.

The statement indicated that the DG of the NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, encouraged all Prospective Corps Members to report to the camps listed in their call- up letters ,emphasizing the importance of adhering to all registration protocols. 

Foreign – trained graduates are required to show their international passports &original versions of the documents they uploaded.

He cautioned PCMs against submitting fraudulent documents, warning that violators would be referred to law enforcement authorities for prosecution. Graduates from monotechnics and polytechnics must specifically provide their National Diploma certificates as part of the registration procedure.

In case of a lost call up letter, the NYSC instructed corps members who received theirs from their institutions to secure a police report and sworn affidavit before returning to their schools for further instructionsThose who printed theirs online can generate new copies.

Emphasizing safety issues, the initiative strongly cautioned PCMs against traveling at night.

“After 6:00pm, prospective corps members are urged to halt their travels and find overnight accommodations at military or police barracks, NYSC offices, or nearby corps lodges,” the announcement stated.

The NYSC further recommended that corps members exclusively use government-sanctioned motor parks and transport services to evade becoming victims of crime.

The NYSC director was heard stating, “Any prospective corps member who neglects to report for service or partakes unlawfully in the program will face prosecution, as outlined by the NYSC Act

“He further noted, “Married, pregnant, and nursing mothers assigned outside their husbands’ states of residence may finish the orientation course in their states of residence, provided they submit proof of marriage, their husbands’ identification, and verification of residence.

“For registration, all corps members must present their original call-up letters, statements of results or certificates, school identification cards, and certificates of medical fitness issued by government or military hospitals, stamped by the Nigerian Medical Association.

Medical and allied health graduates must also provide evidence of registration with their respective professional organizations.

“The NYSC director concluded by stating, “We wish all prospective corps members safe journeys to their respective camps and a successful service year.”
