Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has bowed to the pressure of the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) in the state over hazard allowance and life insurance packages.
The ARD at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, had last week commenced a three-day warning strike to press home the demand for hazard allowance and life insurance packages.
Abiodun, in a statement on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Kunle Somorin, said the hazard allowances of health workers in the state has been raised from 200 to 300 percent.
Good job!
