Prof. Charles Soludo has hinted that “unknown gunmen” behind the wild killings in the South-East region of the country are Igbos.
Soludo made this known while formally announcing the beginning of the curfew in 7 Local Government Areas of Anambra state.
According to him, Anambra is the prime target because it is the most lucrative location for kidnappers who demand for ransom in the South East, and the unknown gunmen’s gargantuan propaganda machine are widely funded by their sponsors in the diaspora.
The Governor further exposed that the alleged sponsors abroad have tried everything to condition the thoughts of the people with all kinds of false emotive and confusing narratives, and thus diverting attention from their real objectives.
Prof.Charles Soludo also wondered why those who claim to be “fighting for the people”, kill the same people at will, destroy their livelihood, and stop their children from going to school.
