The engagement wjich is happening less than two years after they met on social media.
Was announced by 24 year-old Biles,on Instagram yesterday morning, with lovely photos of the very moment Owens, 26, got down on one knee to pop the much awaited question on Valentine’s Day.
Biles wrote.
THE EASIEST YES,’ ‘I can’t wait to spend forever & ever with you, you’re everything I dreamed of and more! let’s get married FIANCÉ.’
Owens commented on her post, writing: ‘Ready for forever with you.’
The Houston Texans football safety also posted several photos on Instagram, writing:
‘Woke up this morning with a fiancée.’ ‘Appreciate my dawg @don_julio314 for helping me set everything up, she really had no clue what was coming,’ he added. ‘[Jeweler] @zofrost you went crazy on this one bro really made the night special.’
Biles, who has six Olympic medals, including four gold from the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, was said to have made estanlished the first point of contact with her beau Jonathan in March 2020, and they have been dating for two years.
Owens on his part admitted that he didn’t actually know about Simone or who she was when she firat contacted him.
The Covid-19 pandemic further strengthened their love and bond, and has helped move their relationship a step forward.
