Twitter User and Young Nigerian Lady @RemelRossco lady has taken to social media to advise ladies about men who are dating them or have special interest in them but do not celebrate them on their birthdays.
She made this known while explaining one of the ways a girl can know if their boyfriend loves them. She added that if a man does not throw a party or purchase gifts for his girlfriend or love interest in celebration of her birthday, then it means he does not love her.
Remel tweeted;

As regards her post, a male commenter claimed this sort of entitlement mentality and the idea of measuring love using material possessions by women is is bad, A female commenter said most men are single and lonely for being too tight fisted and stingy.
Meanwhile, an elite attributed the behavior on the part of men on their family background as many come from families where they don’t attach so much importance to birthdays or celebrations, and thus advised ladies whose partners fall under this category to lower their expectation to avoid disappointment.
