Uyai Ekpu the wife of veteran journalist and columnist Ray Ekpu has passed on.
The news of her demise was shared online by her husband Ray on Wednesday. According to the signed statement, Uyai died on the 21st of April 2024 after a brief illness.
Uyai who is an erudite scholar is survived by her husband Ray , 3 kids [ Elu Ray Mbakwe, Mfoniso Ray Ekpu, & Edikan Ray Osho ], 6 grand children and her Elder sister.
