Georgina Rodriguez has revealed her engagement to football legend Cristiano Ronaldo. They have been in a relationship for almost a decade since their paths crossed when Ronaldo was at Real Madrid and share two children, with the model being a stepmother to his three other offspring.
The 40-year-old Ronaldo has now – at last – popped the question after years of conjecture.Alongside a photo showcasing a massive ring on her engagement finger, Rodriguez declared: “Yes, I do. In this life and in every other.”
Diogo Dalot, who currently plays with former Manchester United teammate Ronaldo for the Portugal national squad, liked the Instagram post.
The Argentina-born Rodriguez had previously shared pictures of a ring, although neither had made any formal announcement regarding their engagement. Ronaldo, however, has addressed the subject before.
He expressed:
“I always tell her; ‘When we feel that click. Just like everything in our life – and she knows what I mean. It could be in a year, or it could be in six months, or it could be in a month. I’m 1000% confident that it’ll happen.”
