A Landlord at Otolo Nnewi in Anambra State has advised his tenants in a brief photocopied note to stop their high pitch screams at night during sex.
In the notification, the landowner cautioned occupants to deal with their evening time exercises discreetly on the grounds that there are youngsters in the compound.
He asked couples to regard different inhabitants by ceasing from “shouting without holding back” around evening time.
