Meghan Markle made a statement during her “professional disengagement” from Prince Harry after making another holiday appearance on her own.
Sources close to Meghan and Harry indicate that they are currently experiencing a “professional disengagement” and are choosing paths apart for the holiday season.
Meghan Markle shared her remarks after her independent participation at a Thanksgiving event last week, with her spouse Prince Harry absent.
The former “Suits” star posted the message on their Archewell platform following the Thanksgiving gathering. She expressed her thoughts about the “meaningful dinner” she organized for Afghan women alongside their partner organization, Mina’s List.
“This initiative has dedicated the past year to cultivating community through storytelling and providing a secure environment for women who have relocated to the US from Afghanistan,” the message stated.
“The evening featured a communal meal that fostered open dialogue focused on gratitude and resilience,” she elaborated.
“The dinner took place at Our Place, established by Shiza Shahid, where the attendees received new cookware in preparation for the forthcoming holiday season.”
Meghan’s remarks come as Harry participated in Invictus Games-related occurrences in Vancouver without Meghan last week.
Meanwhile, Meghan socialized with her celebrity friends at a beauty launch event without her husband.
On Nov. 14, Meghan attended the Highbrow Hippie Launch Party hosted at Gjelina in Venice, California — again without Prince Harry. The single mother sported a chic black, sleeveless pant ensemble for the event.
Both Harry, 40, and Meghan, 43, have been attending holiday events independently for the first time since their royal nuptials in England in 2018.
Reports from England suggest that Harry and Meghan’s union is “in a very poor condition” and that reconciliation seems unlikely.
Harry and Meghan are parents to two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
