50 Cent isn’t holding back when talking about Diddy’s recent public appearance. The rapper and producer is being clear about how Diddy looked after his arrest and first court appearances, and he says the change was surprising.
In an interview with Us Weekly, 50 Cent said he was shocked when he first saw pictures of Puff from his time in custody. He mentioned that the first images he saw were courtroom sketches, and what caught his attention most was how quickly Diddy seemed to age.” He got old real fast,”
50 Cent said.
“He went to jail, his hair was jet black like mine. Then the next day he looked completely different. All I saw were those courtroom drawings. They made him look like a raccoon. I was like, ‘When did this happen?'”
These comments come as 50 Cent continues to work as an executive producer on Netflix’s controversial docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which looks into the many accusations and legal issues involving Diddy.
The embattled mogul has strongly disagreed with the documentary. Through his legal team, he called the project misleading and unfair, saying Netflix used private material in a way that was inappropriate.”A so-called documentary is a shameful hit piece,” a spokesperson for Diddy said in a statement. “Netflix took private footage out of context, including conversations with attorneys that were never meant to be public.”Netflix has denied those claims, saying it had the legal right to use all the footage in the docuseries. The streamer has said the project was made following industry standards.
