The Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has declared the appointment of five new Commissioners.
This announcement was made public in a statement on Thursday, which was signed by Musa Ikhilor, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

He mentioned that the names of the appointees would be sent to the Edo State House of Assembly for review and approval. The individuals appointed are:

2. Hon. Etin-osa Ogbeiwi
3. Hon. Saturday Uwuilekhue Idehen (JP)
4. Hon. Charity Amayaenvbo
5. Professor Roland Itoyah Otaru, SAN.
