Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah and his company Capital Oil and Gas limited, alleged N135bn indebtedness to AMCON has reportedly been cancelled.
According to reports, During a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos , Justice Nicholas Oweibo discarded the charge following an oral application by counsel for Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria [AMCON], Oluwaseun Onabowu, while seeking for a withdrawal of the suit.
This new development comes days after the Senator representing Anambra South defected to APC from YPP.
