Toke Makinwa, the Nigerian media figure and entrepreneur, has lauded reality TV sensation Tacha for her unwavering ambition and knack for transformation, stating that Tacha reflects her younger self.
Makinwa shared this during an interview with reporters when she attended the Beauty Festival in Lagos to show her support for Tacha. As per the on-air personality, Tacha’s progress since leaving the Big Brother Naija house demonstrates her resolve to enhance her brand and seek out fresh opportunities.
She remarked, “One notable aspect of Tacha is her constant evolution; she’s always searching for avenues to elevate her brand. It truly resonates with me; we both refuse to settle for just one pursuit.“I admire that she has been able to diversify into numerous fields since her time in the Big Brother house, and now that she’s aiming for the Guinness World Record — you simply have to cheer for that. Further commenting, Makinwa emphasized the significance and potential of Nigeria’s beauty industry, insisting it shouldn’t be underestimated or merely categorized under entertainment.
She noted, “The beauty sector is often lumped in with the entertainment sector, but it stands as a billion-dollar industry on its own. Nigeria is leading the charge, with other African nations looking to us for guidance. “I operate two beauty ventures myself, so it’s always thrilling to be in the midst of all the excitement and observe the direction in which the industry is evolving.
