Washington Post Terminate Appointment of Reporter for Waging online War against Colleagues.

Washington Post has terminated the appointment of one of its reporter Felicia Sonmez after she waged online war against the paper and colleagues.

According to reports, Sonmez engaged in a tweetstorm with the paper and both her junior and senior colleagues yesterday 9th of June.

Felicia Sonmez claims there have been a “long-standing issues” within the Post that needs to be properly addressed and it will not end anytime soon if the media keep up with its move of “trivializing” them as a “Twitter spat.”

The national political reporter also cited instances where she got punished by her Editor for requesting to walk round the block after reading a difficult story. She further claimed her colleagues are punished for their trauma and this move on the part of the world renowned newspaper is preventing staffs from ” seeking and getting ” help where needed.

Sonmez has continued her barrage of attacks on Post reporter Jose Del Real as well as her editors, accusing them of selectively enforcing social media policies.
