On Tuesday, David James, the previous assistant of Sean Combs, gave testimony revealing that his employer had a daily drug consumption pattern that involved using substances molded into the likeness of former President Barack Obama’s face.
James disclosed that Combs indulged in his drug use alongside other Hollywood icons who frequently relied on the same drug dealers and pharmacists who were uncurious about their activities.
Combs’ routine drug use consisted of Percocets and ecstasy pills, the latter of which were shaped like Obama’s visage.
Federal prosecutor Christine Slavik inquired whether James ever procured drugs on Combs’ behalf.
James confirmed, “Yes, Percocets from a pharmacy,” adding that he also acquired substances from a dealer nicknamed “One Stop.”

The prosecution introduced photographic evidence showing drugs discovered in Combs’ hotel suite in New York City at the time of his arrest, as well as at his residences in Miami and California.
Slavik posed a question to David James regarding Combs’ social circle, to which James responded that Combs had interactions with various notable figures, including former President Obama.
However, James did not implicate Obama in any illegal activity, nor did the prosecutors charge any pharmacists or drug dealers involved.
The prosecution’s key witness, Cassie Ventura, described James as Combs’ “reliable assistant” who was responsible for organizing baby oil-infused “freak-offs” in hotel settings.

James explained that his duties included ensuring the hotel rooms were equipped with fresh underwear, an iPod, apple sauce, vodka, baby oil, Viagra, and condoms.
He narrated to the jury that he was solely responsible for tidying up the hotel rooms after the encounters between Combs and Cassie with male escorts.
James recounted a harrowing moment when he was driving a furious Combs, who had three firearms resting on his lap. Combs was en route to confront Suge Knight, the founder of Death Row Records, in 2008.
Ultimately, upon arrival, they found that Knight and his entourage had vanished.
