What We Know About Tekashi 6ix9ine ‘s 12 Months Supervised Release.

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, already knows what his life will be like after he finishes his three-month prison sentence next year. A judge has ordered him to serve 12 months of supervised release, which includes mental health treatment focused on managing anger and outpatient drug counseling.

According to court records, the rapper is ready to take this seriously. He once told a news outlet that he plans to use his time in jail to get healthier, even joking that he would eat just one box of Oreo cookies a day to help lose weight.

He also expects to be kept separate from other prisoners because of his past role as a cooperating witness in a big federal case against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. His legal problems have not stopped this year.

Authorities recently searched his home and found drugs. During the sentencing, the judge criticized him for not following the rules of his probation. The judge said,

“He keeps blowing it. From time to time, your actions seem to suggest that you think ordinary rules don’t apply to you.”

A few weeks later, his mother was attacked during a home invasion while he was live-streaming from the house.
